Bears vs. Packers (2022)

Since the NFL switched to a conference format in 1933, the Packers and Bears have competed in the same conference or division. They were in the NFL’s Western Conference from 1933 through 1970, and have been in the NFC since 1970.

Since their first league game in 1921, there have been 206 games between the two teams—the most in NFL history—with Green Bay winning 105, Chicago 95, and 6 ties.

The Bears won by a score of 61-7 in 1980. The Packers had the longest winning streak, which lasted ten games from 1994 through 1998. After defeating the Bears four times in 2011, the Packers became only the second team in NFL history to do so four times during a year.

Rodgers and the Packers rally in the fourth quarter to defeat the Bears 28-19. Aaron Rodgers believed the Green Bay Packers were in a terrific position and would find a way to win. Given his track record versus the Chicago Bears, it wasn’t exactly a risk.
